Hebrew Language Pack 1.5.10

- Search for website.co.il and change it to your board's URL
- You should backup your forum terms and conditions before installing this update. Paste your forums terms and conditions afterwards to the right phrase template.

This is a maintain release since I haven't released an update for a while. In this version I've included a better user directionality in terms of account approval, especially for Facebook users. In addition, I've added many fixes in emails that are sent through the system for subscribed threads/forums. There are also many fixes that I've made throughout time by getting constant feedback from users on my forum.

- Search for website.co.il and edit for your needs
- More fixes have been made except for translating new phrases, so I would recommend installing this regardless if your installation is 1.3.x or 1.4.
