I love that Left Push Menu.

I want that one would be open by default, and user can close it when they want. Cookies friendly would be great. :)

I am trying. Just in case if you manage some time for it. Highly appreciated.

1. by default open.
2. Off/On button in the navbar just before Forums/Home.
3. Wrap it with <xensidebar> (may be)

This I am looking for.
