Quick Reply not loading properly

Hello,

I am having a problem in loading the area where I can type for posting a reply. this problem comes and goes while page loading. It is supposed to load the text message box as shown in this image:

But because of my problem I am seeing the moderation bar in place of text message box as shown here:


.

Can anyone please tell me how to rectify this error and get the correct text box as shown in image1.

I'm using xenforo 1.4.6 nulled by xenforo.info

I disabled all addons through "config.php" file with this code. But still having same problem.

Просто обновите Вашу папку js на ФТП, может файлы некорректно загрузились

and reload all files on FTP + all files permissions 644 and folders 755

Sorry, I don't have any backup bro there is no way to that we must do with at present database.
Previously I had this problem and solved. I don't remember that how I do this. Please anyone help me.
