What it does

Uses a custom user field to place a paypal donate button for your members like this:

Create a new custom user field like this:
The code for Value Display HTML is:
Upload this image to your server and make sure your path in the code above is correct to wherever you put it :

Of course you can change the wording and options in the custom user field to suit your needs.
This is just a quick hack as I do not have the ability to create addons at this moment. Someone could probably make this a cool addon with features to include/exclude users, put only in certain forums etc. Feel free to do that and call it your own or do whatever you want to change this.
One last thing is this may create spam for your users since their email address is out in the open now. To help against this you could change the "Value Match Requirements" in the options to None and tell your users to encode their email addresses with something like this:
