user color not showing in Shoutbox

So the problem is user color not showing in shout box So my Username is red but on tag it wont show red

Same happen to rich text box i mean the posting thingy


You guys help will be appreciated: D
TELL ME IF THERE IS ANY ADDON FOR THAT I ALREADY TRIED foro.agency Username Color But meh not working THANKS IF U GUYS HELP ME :D
