Arabic Language for CTA Featured Threads & Portal 2.16.0

This is a translation for the amazing add-on (CTA Featured Threads & Portal ).

To install it:
Admin Control Panel -> Appearance -> Import a Language ->

1. Import from uploaded file: Select the file to import.
2. Overwrite language: select the language you want overwrite or to import the phrases.
3. Press import button

I left the style properties as its easier to use in English because its hard to find words in arabic with the same meaning.
