HTTPS Редирект

Здравствуйте.
Недавно получил SSL Сертификат, и появилась первая проблема.
Редирект http на https не работает.

Если заходить по адресу

У Вас недостаточно прав для просмотра ссылок. Вход или Регистрация

то SSL будет, а по обычному - нет.
Уже пробывал настраивать редирект на https в .htaccess - но не помогло.

В .htaccess добавил такой код :

PHP:

RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{HTTPS} off
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI}

Сам файл стандартный, с установки еще
