К сожалению, ни stickyfirstpost_1.2.1_en-ru ни stickyfirstpost_1.2.1_en-ru не работает вместе с Mark Post as Best Answer 1.5.1. Вот такую ошибку выдаёт:

При отключении Mark Post as Best Answer 1.5.1, всё заработало как часы.
 
Возможно, не проверял. Я просто подумал, раз обновили сам плагин, то и этот косяк убрали. Видать, нет.

С дружественного форума человек обновил и выложил для всех ... на 1.4.3 работает пока что без нареканий ... хотя этого плагина Mark Posts as Best Answer у меня нету что-бы проверить ...

Partizan, не уверен. Более того, он конфликтует с какими-то аддонами. Уже не вспомню какими. На 1.3 еще тестировал.
 
Попробовал поставить - ошибок нет, но и чекбокса прикрепить тоже нет :(

Посмотри применились ли модификации. Ну и объединить шаблоны попробуй.

А что значит обьеденить шаблоны?
 
Устанавливали надеюсь из темы, он был поправлен под новые версии движка.
А шаблоны, нужно сравнивать и смотреть на изменения, но это в том случае, если они устаревшие.

Кстати, только сейчас задумался о такой фиче.
Странно что ее нет из коробки.
 
Есть у него настройки прав? Чтобы прикреплять посты мог только админ?
